Love it or your money back! If you’re not 100 % happy, return your kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (original shipping not refunded).

What’s Eligible
• Unused kits in original, resalable condition.
• Custom kits are non-refundable once you approve the proof, but we’ll remake free if there’s a quality issue.

How to Return
1. Email support@diamondartgifts.com with your order number + reason.
2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions (prepaid US label when possible).
3. Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos → replacement or full refund 

Non-Returnable
Opened diamond packets and partially used canvases (hygiene reasons).
